Information and purposes

Our static hosting provider may process IP address, device and request-log information for security, delivery and reliability. If you email us, we process your name, address, message and attachments to answer the enquiry, manage corrections or protect legal rights. The lawful bases depend on context and may include legitimate interests, steps requested before an agreement and legal obligations.

Cookies, providers and transfers

The launch site does not use advertising or optional analytics cookies and has no contact form. Essential hosting infrastructure may use technical controls needed to deliver and protect the site. Hosting and email suppliers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We will update this notice before adding analytics, forms or optional cookies.

Retention and rights

Routine editorial enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Correction and legal records may be kept longer where necessary. UK data-protection rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to applicable conditions.
